These Terms & Conditions govern all sales and supplies made by Texmo Pipes and Products Ltd. By placing an order with us, the buyer agrees to the following terms:
Sizes are given in MM / INCH / GRAM / ML.
Prices are quoted per Piece / per Meter.
All prices are exclusive of GST.
Prices quoted are normally Ex-works Burhanpur.
Rates applicable at the time of dispatch will be charged.
Dispatches are subject to availability of stock.
Delivery of material will be made within 15 days by a convenient and available mode of transport.
Full payment for the ordered material must be made by RTGS / NEFT / Demand Draft before dispatch of goods.
In exceptional cases of credit limit, payment must be released within the stipulated period.
Delay in payment will attract interest @ 24% per annum.
