TEXMO CPVC Plumbing Pipes & Fittings are manufactured under strict quality control with latest technology conforming to IS-15778 (In Pipes) & ASTM-D-2846 (In Fittings) specification.Pipes are produced in SDR11 & 13.5 and fittings are produced in SDR11 specification.No longer does anybody have to live with primitive metal based plumbing systems having limited life and many inherent disadvantages. Now we are presenting TEXMO CPVC Plumbing system.

Repairing/Remodeling and old building or developing a new complex, TEXMO CPVC Plumbing System is “The Right Choice” Over copper, Galvanized Iron (GI) or any other Alternative Plastic System.

TEXMO CPVC pipes are safe, uninterrupted and have effective transportation of water and other fluids for home or industrial consumption. It is effectively used for conveyance of cold water & hot water up to 100° C resulting no change in the physical condition of the pipes.

    TEXMO CPVC is unaffected by the chlorine present in potable supply. TEXMO CPVC Pipes have excellent chemical resistance to strong mineral acids and bases.
  3. Hot and Cold Water Compatible:
    TEXMO CPVC Pipes is compatible with both hot and cold water. It withstands very high temperature upto 100°C as compared to any other thermoplastic pipes.
  4. Fire Safety:
    TEXMO CPVC Pipes has a Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI) of 60. Thus in air, CPVC pipe does not support combustion.
  5. Superior Insulation:
    TEXMO CPVC Pipes is light, durable & more energy efficient than metal pipe. Neither heat loss nor thermal expansion in TEXMO CPVC pipes. Easy, Cold Welding Process.
    TEXMO CPVC Pipes use simple solvent cement jointing method. Tools required are simple and inexpensive.
  6. Over 50 Year of Trouble Free:
    TEXMO CPVC Pipes are developed after thorough research, hence, the life of these pipes is over 50 years of trouble free performance. It is very cost effective than any other pipes. It saves cost of fittings etc.

Product Range –

  • pipes are produced in SDR-11 & 13.5 manufactured as per IS: 15778.
    Fittings are produced in SDR-11 as per ASTM D-2846.
  • Pipes in Higher sizes 2%” to 6″ pipes in schedule 40 & 80 as per ASTM F441 and fittings in Sch 80 as per ASTM F439.
  • SDR-11 Pipes are rated at a continuous working pressure of 400 psi at 23°c and 100 psi at 82°c.
  • SDR-13.5 Pipes are rated at a continuous working pressure of 320psi at 23°c and 81 psi at 82°c. margin safety is provided, should unusual short-term conditions encountered above these levels.

TEXMO CPVC fittings are injection moulded and are available in full range from:
(1) Sizes 16″ to 2″ in CTS (Copper Tube Sizes)
as per ASTM D-2846 Pipes in SDR 11 &
13.5 and fittings in SDR11
(2) Sizes 2% to 4″
a) Pipes in Sch 40 & Sch 80 as per ASTM F 441
